Long Beach, CA | February 16, 2018, Couples who have recently struggled with betrayal in their marriage or relationship have access to a wonderful new resource in Los Angeles, California, which can help them heal their relationship and recover from the trauma of betrayal.
The two-day workshop, “Helping Couples Heal: A Workshop for Couples Recovering From Betrayal Trauma” will be facilitated by two experts in the field of psychotherapy and couples counseling, Duane Osterlind and Marnie Breecker.
Duane Osterlind is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT). He is the founder and clinical director of Novus Mindful Life Institute Family Counseling and Recovery Center in Long Beach California. Novus serves the community with individual counseling, couples counseling, marriage counseling, group therapy, and free community meetings hosting Sex Addicts Anonymous, Co-Sex Addicts Anonymous and Sex and Porn Addicts Anonymous. Novus’s 6 Week Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program (IOP) functions as the premier IOP helping clients recover from sex addiction and pornography addiction.
Marnie Breecker is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and Certified Clinical Partners Specialist (CCPS). She is the founder of The Center for Relational Healing in Los Angeles, California. The Center for Relational Healing serves the community with treatment for sex addiction and infidelity, relational and betrayal trauma, love addiction, and the effects of cancer on sexuality and intimacy.
This two-day couples workshop is designed to provide an empowering experience for couples committed to rebuilding intimacy, trust, and stability in their relationship. The facilitators will guide couples on a path toward healing through psycho-education, experiential practice and group processing. Participants will establish a new framework to restore intimacy and trust, re-establish a healthy foundation, overcome the betrayal and heal the relational trauma. All couples who are working to rebuild trust after a betrayal can greatly benefit from this experience.
Each workshop is limited to 6 couples with the next one scheduled for March 9th and 10th, 2018. Early bird registration which offers a significant discount is still available until February 9th.
