As a practitioner, I use tools such as Mindfulness, learning to be present with what is, with our emotions, thoughts and body sensations, trusting that they will inform us and guide us.

Another powerful process I use with individuals is Guided Imagery and Music (GIM), an experiential process, through which clients explore and make sense of their inner world using music as a guide and creating a visual representation of the journey using color and shape.

With couples, I use a process called Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, which is grounded in our fundamental need for connection and which helps couples explore blocks and negative cycles which prevent them from creating a safe and secure bond.

I provide a safe, caring, and secure experience for you and I will be responsive and respectful of your needs. It is my deepest intention to contribute to your life in a way that allows you to grow and expand and embrace life more fully.

I have not only the desire to help but the skills and experience to support you on your path. This includes training and experience in working with trauma and abuse, anxiety and depression, nonviolent communication, mindfulness, experiential therapies (GIM) and couple therapy (EFT).

I have such admiration for those who seek to heal and create a more meaningful life. It is not always an easy path. But I do believe that I have a heart big enough to hold you as we walk the path together.
