Struggling with Porn? You’re Not Alone.

It can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. We’re here to support men aged 18-40 who feel like pornography has taken control of their lives.

This group isn’t about fixing a relationship; it’s about helping you reclaim your life and rediscover your strength.

Understanding the Struggle

We know it’s not easy to talk about.

The endless cycle of guilt, shame, and feeling out of control can be overwhelming.

Maybe you’ve tried to stop countless times, only to find yourself right back where you started.

Porn addiction can affect your focus, your confidence, and even your ability to connect with the people you care about most. It can leave you feeling stuck, isolated, and wondering if things will ever get better.

But no matter how heavy the weight feels, you don’t have to face this alone. We see you, we hear you, and we’re here to help.

Addressing Common Concerns

We understand that considering therapy or joining a group can bring up a lot of questions and even doubts. It’s natural to feel hesitant, but we want to address some of the most common concerns you may have.

"I’m afraid of being judged or misunderstood."

This is a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone values respect and empathy. You don’t have to share anything you’re not ready to, and each person in the group knows how it feels to take that first step toward healing.

"What if I don’t connect with the group?"

Building connections takes time, and we understand that trust isn’t immediate. Our facilitators work to create an inclusive and welcoming environment so you can build relationships at your own pace.

"I don’t think my problems are ‘bad enough.’"

If you’re struggling, your pain matters. There’s no such thing as a problem that’s too small when it comes to your mental health and recovery. If you’re here, it’s because you deserve support.

"I’ve tried and failed before. What makes this different?"

Recovery isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence. Our group provides the tools, support, and understanding you need to move forward without judgment, no matter your past attempts.

We’re here to walk with you through each step of your recovery, offering compassion and consistency as you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

A Safe Space for Growth and Recovery

Joining our therapy group means becoming part of a compassionate community of men who understand your struggles. Guided by experienced facilitators, you’ll find the support you need to learn healthy coping mechanisms, manage triggers, and build a life free from addiction.

  • Peer Support: Connect with others who truly understand.
  • Expert Guidance: Work with professionals to address the root of your addiction.

Finding Strength in Community

Taking action now is crucial because delaying support can deepen the struggle and make healing feel even more overwhelming.

The sooner you reach out, the sooner you can begin to interrupt harmful patterns and start building a foundation for hope and progress.

Your well-being is precious, and addressing these challenges early can prevent further pain while opening the door to a life filled with resilience and possibility.

You don’t have to wait until it feels unmanageable—your journey toward healing can begin right here, right now.

How The Group Works

You learn the skills of genuine connection and empathy with others on the same journey.

We will have eight people per group with one or two group facilitators.

The group meets once per week and lasts 1 1/2 hours.

We ask each new member to make a minimum 6-month commitment to the group.
